Thank you for shopping with us. As all of our items are made to order, we have a specific returns and refunds policy outlined below.
Made-to-Order Items
Each product is printed and produced especially for you once an order is placed. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or colour preference.
Please ensure you carefully review product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details before purchasing.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
• Provide clear photos showing the issue
• Include your order number in your message
Once reviewed and approved, we will offer either:
• A replacement item, or
• A refund, depending on the situation
You do not need to return the defective item.
Lost Orders
If your order is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us at [your support email]. Once verified with the carrier, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Sale Items
All sale or discounted items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
